National Account
Manager in our office in Richmond, BC.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
Initiate and maintain scheduled contact with assigned Customers at multiple contact levels

Analysis of Customer needs & activity using potentially more complex sales/service solutions

Inform/sell new products, programs,



& services.

Target & secure strategic long lane business

Facilitate annual, or as needed, uprates

Achieve established sales quotas & KPI’sIdentify & secure automated shipping system opportunities at customer sites Develop & present proposals/quotes

Ensure appropriate width & depth within customer organization for DHL relationship

Present customer performance reviews on a scheduled basis

Maintain comprehensive customer profiles

Act as the liaison between customer and company resources.

Engage appropriate personnel as required.

Update management on competitive activity

Ensure Customer Management Relationship database is updated for Enterprise sales

Complete sales reports for Management

Achieve established sales revenue quotas

Customer margins, volumes and suppressions managed in compliance
