Lead Bible-centered ministry for men as a dedicated Men’s Pastor/Director.

Engage in teaching, pastoral care, and discipleship while working closely with the Pastoral Executive Team.

As a Men’s Pastor/Director, you will provide essential teaching and counseling to the male congregation, embodying the church’s mission.

Your collaborative efforts with the Pastoral Executive Team will drive ministry effectiveness and spiritual growth among men.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee men’s ministry planning and execution
• Provide relevant and engaging biblical teaching




• Offer compassionate pastoral care and counseling
• Lead by developing discipleship programs
• Manage activities including seminars and retreats

Requirements:
• Master of Divinity (MDiv) or pursuing degree
• Minimum 3 years of ministry experience
• Strong biblical knowledge and teaching skills
• Active listener with pastoral heart
• Willingness to complete membership process
