Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele utilizing your bilingual skills in both English and French. You will assist customers with inquiries resolve issues and promote our products and services through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone email and chat in both English and French.

- Assist customers with product selection order processing and account management.

- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information and maintain records.

- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.





- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring clear communication with customers.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer issues efficiently.

- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
