Lead people operations as a strategic People Director.

This on-site position integrates HR, talent acquisition, and compliance, focusing on operational excellence across Canada and the U.S.

This role prioritizes building a reliable People strategy that aligns with organizational goals.

You will establish processes tailored to foster a collaborative and productive culture while driving engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement a modern People function
• Lead performance management frameworks for accountability
• Own HR operations across Canada and the U.S.
• Build a structured recruiting function for aggressive hiring
• Shape a high-performance, in-office culture

Requirements:
• 8+ years in HR leadership roles
• 3+ years managing HR team members
• Experience in high-growth environments
• Proven ability with cross-border compliance issues
• CHRL or CHRP designation is required

Drive HR excellence while uniting teams and forging a strong people-first culture across a rapidly scaling organization.
