• Prepare incident and audit reports on thefts
• Train new hires on loss prevention techniques
• Partner in creating shrinkage prevention plans
• Communicate audit findings to leadership
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in asset protection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Availability for adaptable shifts across locations
