Company Overview AWM Alliance Real Estate Group is seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic administrative department. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a long-term career in administration within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting daily office operations, managing front desk responsibilities, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties

- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly while maintaining a professional front desk presence
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate team members with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support and excellent client service to the property management team
- Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document preparation, and general clerical duties
- Provide backup support for reception duties during peak times or staff absences to ensure seamless customer service

Qualifications

- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills




- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus
- Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset
