Lead the management of grizzly bear care and habitat improvement projects.

This role requires hands-on care and collaboration in designing wildlife facilities while upholding the highest animal welfare standards.

In this position, you'll manage the physical and psychological needs of a captive grizzly bear.

You'll work with the supervision team to develop and maintain refuge programs and habitats, ensuring protocols and regulations are strictly followed.

Your expertise will extend to maintaining accurate databases concerning the bear's behavior and habitat.

You'll also engage in research opportunities to enhance knowledge and practices associated with grizzly bears.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure physical and mental well-being of grizzly bear
• Collaborate on habitat and facility design




• Maintain crucial databases for staff accessibility
• Control and monitor surrounding wildlife
• Develop and assist with bear research initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in zoology, biology, or related field preferred
• Robust knowledge of bear biology required
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Class 5 driver's license with clean record
• Must obtain a Possession Acquisition License
