Oversee Client Services in a hybrid role, ensuring productive operations for return-to-work services.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate support and expert claims management for injured workers.

As the Client Services Manager, you'll leverage your leadership experience to guide teams in effective disability management and adjudication.

Your focus will be on creating a supportive work environment that motivates employees while executing seamless service delivery.

Engage with stakeholders and administer the annual budget to maintain high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily department operations and claims management
• Motivate teams to provide excellent customer service
• Manage and administer the annual operating budget




• Hire and mentor staff, setting performance objectives
• Represent expertise in return-to-work and disability practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; health-related field is an asset
• Minimum of five years in leadership roles
• Proficient in project management and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the Workers Compensation Act
• Consent to a criminal record check
