• Gather and analyze compensation data with cross-functional teams
• Generate reports for total rewards policy audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
• At least 5 years in HR, Compensation, or benefits
• Minimum 2 years supporting total rewards in large settings
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
