Shape communities as a Proposal Coordinator within the Architecture and Engineering fields.

This hybrid position allows you to work in Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton, leading critical proposals for AEC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex proposals from initiation to submission
• Craft engaging narratives based on client evaluation criteria




• Coordinate closely with marketing and technical teams
• Balance proposal schedules and multiple concurrent efforts
• Promote quality across proposal templates and tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in proposal coordination or management
• Proven track record with public-sector RFPs
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• MS Office proficiency and interest in AI tools
