Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intra-operative and post-operative nursing support
• Assist with surgical team operations and patient care
• Support departmental efficiency initiatives




• Participate in recruitment and mentorship activities
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and protocols

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Registered Nurse First Assist Certification needed
• At least one year operating room clinical experience
• Valid BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV Therapy and physical assessments
