In this role, you'll utilize your advanced mechanical and electrical skills to perform complex repairs and maintenance for customers in the Val D'Or area.
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing their needs promptly while complying with established health and safety policies.
Additionally, maintaining tools and service vehicles will be part of your routine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service
• Conduct complex repairs using specialized tools
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Clean and maintain tools and service vehicle
Requirements:
• Trade diploma or red seal certification required
• Valid driver's license with required driving record
• DEP in electromechanics with diesel experience preferred
• Familiarity with high-power generators is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service
