We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Labour to support daily operations at our Carseland facility.

This hands-on role is responsible for preparing trailers, securing freight, and ensuring loads are secure and ready for transport.

You will play a key role in keeping yard operations running efficiently and safely.

Scope of Work:

Prepare trailers for loading (snow/debris removal, dunnage placement)




Open trailer curtains and remove existing load securement
Secure freight using straps, tie-downs, and corner boards
Operate automated tarping systems safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized yard and load-out area
Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all procedures
Support overall yard coordination and workflow

What you Bring:

Proven experience with trailer loading and freight securement is required
Comfortable using straps, chains, and tarping systems
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks
Solid awareness of safety procedures and yard operations
Dependable with a consistent work ethic
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Transportation to Carseland is required
