Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and assistance to residents
• Support daily activities like eating and grooming
• Administer medications under supervision
• Ensure residents have access to assistive devices
• Offer ongoing emotional and social support
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Health Care Aide program
• Detail-oriented with bedside care experience
• Ability to communicate tactfully with residents
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
