Location: In Person | Calgary, AB

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation: Starting from $21 / hr depending on experience

What You Will Do:

- Operate industrial sewing machines and manual/automated cutting equipment
- Read work orders, patterns, and measurements accurately
- Cut, assemble, and stitch fabric products (bags, tarps, etc.)
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Support shipping, receiving, packing, and general shop duties as needed
- Work with the team to meet production targets
- Assist in inventory management by tracking fabric usage and waste.





What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years’ experience with industrial sewing and/or cutting equipment
- Experience with twin-needle chain-stitch machines an asset
- Experience working with leather, canvas, and/or stretch fabrics
- Knowledge of advanced stitching techniques
- Familiarity with computerized equipment
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read measurements and follow patterns accurately
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor maintenance

Work Environment:

- Approved steel toe shoes required.
- Manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and fabric fibers.
- Requires standing, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
