You will collaborate with your internal team and stakeholders to align on priorities, manage workflows, and ensure oues are delivered on time and to expectation.

Responsibilities will include:

- Provide oversight of in office staff and manage tenant relationships, including lease interpretation, regulatorypliance, coordination with leasing activities, and tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring building systems,



preventative maintenance programs, and overall property condition meet established standards.
- Develop and deliver operating and capital budgets, reconciliations, and variance reports in collaboration with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage rent billing and collections, and oversee approved building and tenant improvement projects to ensure they arepleted as planned, within budget, and with required approvals.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2+ years working inmercial / retail / industrial Property Management.

- BCFSA Rental Management license.

- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle and be able to provide a clean driver's abstract.
- Yardi Experience is an asset.
