Salary Range: $42.21- $47.24 per hour

Schedule: Continental / Rotating Shifts

As our next Licensed Electrician, you will be responsible for the programming, debugging, installation, start‑up, and ongoing maintenance of production and test equipment.

You’ll contribute directly to equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency in a high‑volume manufacturing workplace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintaining and repairing facilities and production equipment in collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Assembling, debugging, installing, and starting up new or modified production equipment
- Performing repair, refurbishment, and construction of CNC, PLC, and robotic‑based manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
- Supporting planned maintenance activities and emergency repairs
- Maintaining up‑to‑date equipment documentation, including technical manuals and electrical schematics
- Ensuring compliance with all Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Training apprentices and new hires on electrical standards and best practices




- Maintaining an organized and well‑equipped maintenance department
- Performing other related duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A)
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly equipment in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with:Electrical assembly and machine repairPLC, CNC, and automated control systemsFanuc roboticsHydraulic and pneumatic systemsWelding and basic manual machining (asset)
- Knowledge of automotive quality systems and standards
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- High integrity, reliability, and results‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to work rotating/continental shifts
