- Previous McDonald’s experience in a leadership role (Crew Trainer, Team Leader, or Shift Manager preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
- A passion for people, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service
