Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.
Do you love tackling complex engineering challenges? Enjoy using modern technologies to build scalable, high‑impact systems? Excited by the opportunity to work across multiple projects, collaborate with talented teams, and influence technical direction?
If so, this is the role for you.
As a Front-End Stack Engineer, you’ll design, deliver, and maintain customer-facing applications using modern front‑end technologies. You’ll partner with product, design, backend, and operations teams to build scalable, resilient, and accessible UI systems. Lead front‑end architecture, implement high‑quality features, improve performance and accessibility, and mentor teammates across the delivery lifecycle — from requirements and design through production support.
Responsibilities
Product Collaboration: Partner with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to understand needs, translate UX into technical requirements, and perform gap analysis.
Front‑end Architecture: Design component libraries, UI patterns, and client‑side architecture (state, data flows, caching, error handling) aligned with platform and backend constraints.
Integration: Define and implement robust integrations with backend APIs (REST/SOAP), real‑time services, and edge/CDN strategies.
Scalability & Performance: Drive decisions for performance, offline/resilience, bundle strategies, and progressive enhancement across devices and networks.
Accessibility & Internationalization: Incorporate accessibility (WCAG) and localization at design time to ensure inclusive, global‑ready experiences.
Software Development & Quality Engineering
Production Code: Write clean, maintainable, production‑grade front‑end code using Type Script and React/Next.js (or chosen framework).
Testing: Build and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) and own front‑end test strategy to enable safe releases.
CI/CD & Tooling: Create and maintain front‑end build and release pipelines, linting, formatting, and automated checks (Vite/Webpack/ESBuild, Git Hub Actions).
Refactoring & Tech Debt: Refactor legacy UI, improve component reuse, reduce bundle size, and raise maintainability standards.
Observability & Support: Instrument client‑side telemetry and logs,

triage UX/production issues, and contribute to on‑call support when needed.
Collaboration & Leadership
Cross‑functional Work: Work closely in Agile teams with backend engineers, QA, designers, and product managers.
Communication: Explain technical trade‑offs clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, lead code reviews, and drive front‑end best practices.
Ceremonies & Guidance: Lead or contribute to sprint ceremonies, architecture reviews, and cross‑team technical discussions.
Skills
Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on front‑end engineering experience delivering production web applications.
Frameworks: Strong proficiency with React/Next.js (2+ years) and up-to-date patterns (hooks, context, Suspense) or equivalent framework experience.
Type Script: Solid experience with Type Script for large codebases, including typings, generics, and build‑time safety.
State & Data: Experience with state management and data fetching patterns (Redux, React Query, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
Styling & UX: Deep knowledge of CSS, responsive design, CSS‑in‑JS / utility‑first (e.g., Tailwind), and cross‑browser considerations.
Testing: Proven experience with unit/integration testing and E2E frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright).
Build & Tooling: Familiar with bundlers and optimizers (Vite, Webpack, ESBuild), package management, and performance tuning.
Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML, DOM, browser rendering, performance metrics (LCP, FID, CLS), HTTP, and caching.
Accessibility & Intl: Demonstrated experience implementing a11y and internationalization best practices.
APIs: Comfortable integrating with REST and/or SOAP APIs, handling offline behavior and optimistic updates.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills
Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
Collaboration:

Strong team player who influences through empathy and evidence.
Ownership: Takes responsibility for quality, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
Curiosity: Eager to learn new front‑end technologies and UX patterns.
Coaching: Able and willing to mentor, give constructive feedback, and raise team standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Design Systems: Experience building or maintaining design systems and shared component libraries.
SSR/SSG: Familiarity with Next.js, Remix, or similar for server‑side rendering and hybrid apps.
PWA & Offline: Experience with PWAs, service workers, caching strategies, and offline‑first design.
Microfrontends: Exposure to microfrontend patterns or module federation.
Real‑time: Experience with Web Sockets, SSE, WebRTC, or realtime UI concerns.
Performance Engineering: Track record of improving core web vitals and reducing bundle sizes.
Cloud & CDNs: Working knowledge of CDN strategies, edge computing, and cloud‑hosted front‑ends.
Domain Experience: Financial services or capital markets experience is a plus.
