The Role

nAs a Business Law Lawyer, you will work directly with entrepreneurs, executives, and decision-makers on a wide range of transactional and commercial matters. You will be actively involved in mandates, with real exposure to clients and decision-making, while benefiting from accessible support and guidance from experienced mentors.n

Responsibilities

Participate in transactional and commercial matters,



including occasional financing mandates
n
Work on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial law files
n
Draft and review commercial agreements and transactional documents
n
Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex mandates
n
Maintain direct client contact and actively contribute to moving files forward
n
Gradually develop your autonomy and grow your practice within the team
n

Requirements

nn
Member in valuable standing of the Quebec Bar
n
Experience gained in private practice, ideally with a strong interest in bank financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, or a combination of these areas
n
Entrepreneurial mindset, qualified ambition, and a desire to grow over the medium term
n
Strong legal rigor, sense of responsibility, and a client-focused approachn
Willingness to learn from mentors and take an active role in files
