7 Years of experience in Sales Performance Management / Sales Incentive Compensation
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Sales Incentive Compensation
Strong understanding of:-
Sales commissions, incentives, and bonus structures
Crediting logic, quota-based plans, and performance measures
Sales organization structures and hierarchies
Experience working with incentive calculation runs, validation, and reconciliation.
Ability to analyze incentive issues and explain calculation logic clearly to business users.
Redwood UX for CX
Knowledge of User Roles, Privileges & Custom Roles
Knowledge of AI Agent Studio
Solid functional and analytical skills with attention to detail
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales, Sales Cloud, or related modules
Experience integrating sales transaction data from upstream systems (e.g., ERP, CPQ, external sales systems)
Exposure to reporting and reconciliation of incentives
Experience supporting quarterly or monthly compensation cycles in production environments
Oracle Fusion certification (Sales or Incentive Compensation) is a plus
