About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee multi-family apartment projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, can confidently manage competing priorities, and takes ownership of delivering results.

Responsibilities

- Manage multi-family apartment projects (renovations, building capital expenditures) from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Negotiate contracts and control project costs
- Coordinate and oversee trades, consultants, and vendors across multiple active projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for trades, ensuring clear, professional, and consistent communication
- Site visits, assisting with site management as required
- Coordinate closely with Property Operations in occupied residential buildings




- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and proactively addressing delays
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure all work aligns with company standards and safety requirements

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in project management in low rise residential construction, project and development management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, consultants, and contractors
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, AutoCAD
- Thorough understanding of OHSA/Greenbook and building codes (OBC)
- PMP or equivalent designation considered an asset
