Role Description
This is a part-time remote opportunity for a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with established objectives and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing budgets, monitoring project performance, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally,
the Program Manager will identify and mitigate risks while optimizing resources to achieve program goals.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Planning skills, with experience in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management abilities to engage a variety of teams and individuals
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills for identifying and addressing challenges efficiently
- Understanding of Data Analysis and Reporting to monitor and measure program performance
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software tools and platforms
- Ability to collaborate in a remote work environment and adapt to flexible working conditions
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, public administration, or a related field
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent preferred
