Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the Ottawa region.

This is a high-impact role for a builder who thrives in the field and understands how to take projects from early planning through execution and closeout. You will be responsible for driving performance across safety, schedule, cost, and quality while acting as the central point of coordination between owners, consultants, and site teams.

Projects may include servicing (water/sewer/storm), site development, structural concrete, and public infrastructure, often delivered in technically demanding and schedule-sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Coordinate closely with owners, consultants, municipalities, and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively
- Support and mentor site teams, including Superintendents and Project Coordinators
- Lead project meetings,



reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure quality control and successful project closeout, including deficiencies and documentation

Ideal Profile

- 5–10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure construction
- Proven track record in managing municipal, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, underground servicing, roadworks, and civil scopes
- Comfortable operating in both field and office environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Solid contractual and commercial acumen
- Leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability across teams
- Experience working with municipalities and public-sector stakeholders is a strong asset
