Job Description: Ensures provision of protected, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication. Provides assistance with system navigation and the coordinator of patient flow.

Experience

- Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background
- Three (3) years experience in a community-based health care service environment

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training





- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
