Job Description: Manages patient nutrition care. This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, care evaluation and arranging follow-up care.



Incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other health care team members and provides education experiences for dietetic interns.

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))
- Dietetic Internship certificate

- Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
- Canora is located approximately 49 km north of Yorkton
