Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a BI and data analytics team

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in computer science or relevant field
• 10+ years with Power BI development expertise
• Solid experience with Microsoft Fabric components
• Knowledge of retail data systems and reporting metrics
• Proven leadership and communication skills
