In this role, you will engage with a variety of geological and geochemical data, including mudlog, XRF, and production history.
Your expertise will be essential in report preparation, presentations, and publishing technical articles.
Fundamental knowledge in petroleum geochemistry, stratigraphy, and sedimentology is crucial, along with familiarity in reservoir and production engineering concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret geological and geochemical data sets
• Integrate data from multiple sources effectively
• Prepare and present detailed reports
• Collaborate with software teams on tool enhancement
• Offer technical support to software users
Requirements:
• Master’s in Geosciences required
• 5 years experience in operations geology
• Knowledge of mudlogging and geosteering
• Familiarity with various petroleum basins in the USA
• Understanding of petroleum resources and CCUS applications
