Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the transformation to a First Nations–governed system
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to programs
• Build relationships with Indigenous communities and leaders
• Negotiate partnerships with federal and provincial governments
• Oversee primary care, public health, and mental wellness services
Requirements:
• 15+ years in health systems or public health
• Senior executive leadership experience required
• Experience with First Nations communities preferred
• Solid negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to anti-Indigenous racism and equity principles
