Lead royalty operations strategically as an Executive Director.

Oversee assessment, planning, and implementation of oil and gas royalties, ensuring accurate revenue collection for government expenditures.

In this full time senior leadership role, you'll manage the planning and monitoring of the province’s conventional oil and natural gas royalties.

Collaborate closely with industry stakeholders while providing technical policy advice and overseeing royalty frameworks and collections.

Your ability to navigate complex issues and mediate challenges will be critical in driving results and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and implementation of royalty operations
• Ensure accurate royalty assessments and collections




• Develop policies and frameworks for royalties
• Conduct periodic reviews of royalty programs
• Maintain critical royalty collection systems

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of energy industry and royalty frameworks
• Extensive senior leadership experience in policy areas
• Proven track record in team development and results
• Related post-secondary degree required
• MBA preferred for consideration
