Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and implement employment contract terms
• Oversee investigations into employee relations issues
• Advise on compliance for benefits plans implementation
• Update and manage vendor agreements
• Conduct legal research to support the team
Requirements:
• Solid grounding in U.S. employment law, particularly NY and CA
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law within the United States
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Solid commitment to high-quality results
