Full Stack Developer

Location: Hybrid- 3 days office (Yorkville, Toronto or London, Ontario) and 2 days from home.

The role:

We have an existing vacancy in our tech team for a role that builds and maintains scalable, high-quality software to support product delivery and business growth, contributing across the full stack while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

- Take ownership of building and delivering impactful features and enhancements across the entire stack, shaping products that truly make a difference.
- Write clean, well-structured, and scalable code that stands the test of time, setting the standard for quality within the team.
- Play a key role in shaping application architecture and influencing technical direction,



bringing your ideas to life in meaningful ways.
- Take the lead on testing, debugging, and performance optimisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Champion reliability, security, and scalability, helping create robust applications users can depend on.
- Work closely with product and design teams to turn ideas into seamless, user-focused solutions.
- Actively contribute to code reviews, raising the bar for quality and consistency across the codebase.
- Own and maintain clear, thoughtful documentation that supports both current work and future innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining development processes, tools, and ways of working, helping the team evolve and excel.

About you:

- You have experience delivering full stack applications end to end, with a strong understanding of performance, scalability, and user experience.
- You’ve worked in a SaaS or product-led environment and understand how software supports customer and business needs.
- You solve problems pragmatically, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to deliver effective solutions.
- You take ownership of your work, writing high-quality, tested, and maintainable code, and confidently debug and resolve issues.
- You’re comfortable working across the stack, with a solid understanding of end-to-end system integration.
- You continuously look for ways to improve performance, simplify solutions, and enhance development practices, leveraging modern tools including AI.
- You adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities while delivering consistently high-quality work.





- A background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is valuable, but we’re just as interested in what you’ve built and how you think. Real-world experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on writing high-quality code matter most to us.

- Experience with PHP, Laravel, and React is a plus, and you’ll have the opportunity to deepen and expand those skills as you grow with us.

Base Salary: The expected base salary range being offered to candidates for this role is $90,000 – $100,000. Positioning within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors such as location, skills, and experience. Note: This role can be based out of either our 2 Bloor Street W, Toronto, Ontario or 727 Exeter Road, London, Ontario office.
