Seeking a results-driven leader to enhance visibility and lead strategic initiatives for expansion across Ontario and the USA.

You will lead a Senior Leadership Team while providing management guidance for the entire organization.

Your core responsibilities will involve executing sales strategies to drive growth in adjacent markets while ensuring solid EBITDA margins.

This hands-on role requires full P&L; accountability and a partnership with the Board to set long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Senior Leadership Team and manage organizational guidance
• Execute sales strategies for market expansion
• Ensure strong EBITDA margins and capital returns




• Oversee full P&L; and cash flow management
• Collaborate with the Board on strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Experience as a President, CEO, or GM with P&L; responsibility
• Background in branded consumer packaged goods or foodservice
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver's license for travel
• Canadian citizen based in Southwestern Ontario preferred
