Support First Nations children and families as a Community Capacity Builder.

Document community needs and elevate awareness of available early learning programs remotely through effective collaboration.

This role is dedicated to aiding communities in developing strategies that support children aged 0 to 6.

You'll interact with parents, leaders, and caregivers to gather insights and enhance access to essential resources.

Taking a self-directed approach, you will mentor local stakeholders in effective community engagement and capacity development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document community assets for ELCC
• Foster collaborative relationships with community leaders
• Develop local strategies based on community input




• Provide coaching and resource-sharing guidance
• Record and report on project impact and trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or ECE Diploma in a related area
• Three years in a relevant management role
• Experience with First Nations/Indigenous populations
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Contribute to meaningful growth in First Nations communities by engaging effectively and supporting the development of early learning initiatives.
