By partnering with Inside Sales, you'll develop onboarding protocols and analyze performance metrics to refine service strategies.

Your commitment to driving efficiencies will be crucial in meeting client needs and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team focused on client satisfaction
• Collaborate on onboarding strategies with Inside Sales
• Proactively advise clients for optimal outcomes




• Enhance service efficiency through automation
• Evaluate client success KPIs for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in client-facing team leadership
• Solid background in programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to motivate and energize teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in strategic planning and operational leadership
