Support business objectives as a Logistics Specialist.

Provide general office support, manage inventory, and facilitate stakeholder communication to drive operational success.

In this role, you will contribute to various logistics and clerical tasks rooted in 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Solid collaboration skills and a good understanding of office equipment are essential to maintain efficient business operations.

You will coordinate complex tasks while ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve routine problems following standard procedures
• Maintain and track files and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with necessary setups
• Support asset management and procurement tasks

Requirements:
• 2-3 years relevant experience or certification preferred
• Knowledge of key products and services processes
• Strong experience with documentation workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
