Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as strategic People partner to business leaders
• Develop agile People Business Partners aligned to needs
• Design solutions anticipating organizational challenges
• Partner with COEs for impactful talent management programs
• Advise on change management and leadership effectiveness
Requirements:
• 15+ years in HR leadership roles, particularly with HRBPs
• Bachelor's degree required; master's or certifications preferred
• Proven ability to influence senior management
• Experience within high-growth and acquisition-driven teams
• Strong empathy balanced with accountability in leadership
