Position: Project Controls Coordinator IV

Pay Rate: $45-$48/Hr. on T4

Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

High-Level Role Summary:

This position will support projects through effective and efficient transition from initial stages through to the Business Units. You will assist Project Managers in navigating Project Lifecycle Gating Control (PLGC), Project Turnover, and Project Closeout requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

- Support efficient and timely turnover and closeout of Projects
- Represent Projects in Business Unit Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) reviews
- Track completion of key issues and deficiencies impacting turnover and closeout
- Develop Project Closeout Plans
- Coordinate Project Lifecycle Gating Control reviews
- Track and report on Project closeout status and issues to leadership

Required Experience & Skills:





- 5+ years of related experience in projects, specifically in project turnover, Operational Readiness, Project Gating, and Project Closeout
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to independently lead/coordinate work with diverse groups (project teams, stakeholders, contractors, etc.)
- Proficiency with all types of software/tools
