Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Visual Designer in the marketing team at Spector based in Montreal, QC, with in office presence required three days a week from Monday to Wednesday.

The Designer will work across a diverse range of creative projects including social content, digital advertising, presentations, brand assets, email visuals, and marketing materials. The role focuses on both creativity and efficiency, leveraging modern tools and workflows to move seamlessly from concept to execution.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall visual direction of the brand, bringing ideas forward while maintaining consistency across all platforms.



You will collaborate with cross functional teams and play an active role in shaping creative output.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design tools and techniques
- Ability to create engaging Graphics for both digital and print media
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Additional Strengths

Experience or strong interest in generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Canva, Nano Banana, or similar platforms

Curiosity for exploring new tools and workflows to improve efficiency

Ability to balance creative thinking with streamlined production processes

Base salary: $55,000 CAD per year (based on experience)
