IT Program Manager – 5

Location Address: 44 King Street West

Hybrid: 2 days in-office (will increase to 4 days in future)

Contract Duration: ASAP to Oct 31, 2026 – approx. 5 months

Possibility of extension: Yes, based on performance and business needs

Conversion to FTE: May be, based on performance and business needs

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;
standard 37.5 hrs/week

Must have skills:

- 10+ years of experience as an IT Project / Program Manager, with some experience preferably in a large FI

- Experience with infrastructure, upgrades, hardware currency, vendor management and application migration management

- Experience with large migration projects in large organizations

Nice to have:

- Experience with DellVXRail and/or VMware servers

- Experience with Cohesity





- Recent Experience with Top 5 Banks is an asset

Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Project/ Program manager with previous experience managing large-scale hardware currency projects with hands-on DellVXRail and/or Cohesity experience at a major FI

Candidate Review & Selection

2 rounds –

- 1st – MS Teams: 30 minutes – with Hiring Manager

- 2nd – MS Teams: 30 minutes – with Hiring Manager, project stakeholders/VP
