Field Service Coordinator / Planner (Contract)

We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator/Planner to support scheduling and execution of field service operations. This role ensures the right technician, tools, and materials are in place to deliver high-quality service to customers while optimizing efficiency and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate field service work orders based on priority, customer needs, and technician availability
- Ensure all job details, parts, and documentation are accurate and ready for execution
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and service requirements
- Monitor job progress, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical support, supply chain) to ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in MS Office;
experience with service/ERP systems is an asset

Nice to Have:

- Experience in field service or technical environments
- Understanding of work order management or dispatching
