Role Overview

CW Properties is seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to support our growing residential portfolio. This contract-based, hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys connecting with people. You’ll play a key role in showcasing units, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience.

Key Responsibilities




Coordinate and conduct property showings with prospective tenants
Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Promote available units and ensure listings are accurate and up to date
Assist applicants with rental forms, documentation, and background checks
Prepare and execute lease agreements in line with company policies
Liaise with the property management team to ensure units are ready for move-in
Maintain records of leads, visits, and leasing activity

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
Previous leasing or customer-facing experience is an asset but not mandatory
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
Proficient with email, mobile apps, and scheduling tools
Fluent in English & French

Additional Information
Compensation: Competitive Commission-Based Structure
Versatile schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Travel required within the Greater Montreal area
