Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their growing team in Mississauga. This role will support a dynamic manufacturing environment, partnering closely with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. You will be part of a collaborative HR team of approximately five professionals and play a key role in shaping employee experience, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
Coach and advise managers on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and talent development
Lead and support HR initiatives such as change management, talent management, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies and hiring needs
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making
Contribute to building and maintaining a positive workplace culture within a manufacturing setting
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally at the Business Partner level or above
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
