As the Building Systems Project Manager, you will coordinate with your own staff and outside subtrades to efficiently keep this project on track.
This is one of the largest projects in the region and will continue on for several years to come.

Your day-to-day role will involve owning the lifecycle of building systems—from design coordination to commissioning. You will mentor and lead two Building Systems Coordinators while managing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC subcontractors. Working alongside other professionals, you will act as the technical authority for building systems, collaborating with utilities and trade partners. You will oversee quality, schedule,
and constructability for all building systems components.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this vital role, you should have at least 7–10 years of progressive experience in mechanical/electrical construction.
You must also have strong knowledge of building systems principles, codes, and contract administration and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines—mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and structural.
You should have proven leadership skills and experience managing subcontractors and complex deliverables.
