Background & Experience Needed

- 5-7+ years professional experience
- Strongstartup or early-stage experience
- Demonstrated where they havezero-to-one delivery experience(idea production real usage)
- Comfortable working3 days/week in-office (Toronto) non-negotiable

Technical Skills - MUST HAVES

- Backend:Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Docker
- Frontend:React + TypeScript




- Databases:Postgres, strong data modelling
- Systems thinking: caching, race conditions, async behaviour, performance
- Production ownership: monitoring, debugging, CI/CD basics
