Job Title: Forklift Operator & Yard Operations Specialist

Location: Oakville, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: ~8:00 AM – ~4:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators & Yard Operations Specialists to join our team in Oakville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting daily yard and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials within the yard and warehouse
- Handle and transport 20’ and 40’ containers
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard and work areas
- Assist with inventory management, staging, and material tracking
- Support deliveries and movement of materials across yard and job sites
- Provide trailer-related support as required
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors on daily operations

Requirements

- Valid forklift license/certification (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience operating forklifts
- Experience working in warehouse, yard,



and active job site environments
- Valid G driver’s license
- Comfortable with trailer-related tasks and material handling
- Basic construction or carpentry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multiple types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach, etc.)
- Background in construction, logistics, or manufacturing
