We are seeking a Sales Representative / Project Coordinator who is energetic, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of the entire client journey. From the first welcome to the final step of the project, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every client receives an exceptional, smooth, and professional experience.
Responsibilities
Client & Project Ownership (A–Z)
- Welcome clients and create a friendly, engaging showroom experience
- Provide product guidance, design suggestions,
and tailored recommendations
- Prepare detailed quotes and enter orders accurately
- Perform or coordinate on-site measurements (training provided if needed)
- Manage each project from start to finish — communication, timelines, materials, and expectations
- Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track
- Prepare and stage client orders; assist with deliveries when possible
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and skilled showroom
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or the home renovation, flooring, or building materials industry
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office + learning new systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license
