Role Description
This is a full time remote role for an E-2 Visa Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the E-2 visa application process, including reviewing financial and business documentation, drafting strong submissions, and addressing any legal concerns in collaboration with attorneys. The role involves managing client communications, conducting case research, and maintaining compliance with immigration regulations to ensure successful application outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of E-2 visa requirements and U.S. immigration law, with experience in investment and business-based immigration pathways.
- Proficient in reviewing financial and business documents and preparing detailed and accurate visa application submissions.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills, including drafting business plans and legal statements.
- Strong client management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate with individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough legal research to ensure compliance and effective case documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in law, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
