Senior Pega Developer opportunity at Soho Square Solutions (Montreal, QC)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our Operations Technology team. This role involves maintaining and developing multiple Pega applications across the organization. The team provides Business Process Management (BPM) services and tools, ensuring platform support, design standards, and implementation best practices.

As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of business-critical applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Pega applications following best practices.
- Administer and support the Pega platform, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver BPM solutions.
- Provide internal consulting on Pega design and workflow implementations.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Expertise in integration technologies (SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP).

Desired Skills

- 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
