Enhance project finance efficiency as a Project Financial Coordinator. Oversee WIP reports, budget tracking, and ensure compliance with project financials while supporting stakeholders effectively.
In this full time position, you will assist project managers and executive administration in managing project finances. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, monitoring budgets, and providing insightful reports. You'll ensure compliance with standards while addressing unique financial issues that arise throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for project financial tracking
• Review contracts for compliance and accuracy
• Develop and refine project cost estimates
• Prepare Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports
• Manage monthly reporting deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 2-4 years in financial project administration
• Experience with budget monitoring and financial tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis
• Familiarity with accounting software preferred
Take charge of project financial processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance in budgets and reporting.
